I discovered Hana's salon about a month ago and really liked her personality from the start. I even brought my mom to have her nails done here because I was impressed with Hana's technique. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn recently. Yesterday, I went in for a refill, and within 4 hours, two of my nails cracked. I returned in the evening, and Hana repaired them, insisting that this had never happened before. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the acrylic was quite thin, and since my nails are on the longer side, I suspected this could be an issue. These are my natural nails with a full acrylic overlay that Hana applied a few weeks ago. However, this morning, AGAIN, two different nails broke. I went back to her for repairs, and this time, she refused to fix them. She claimed that I was the first customer in her entire career to come back for repairs. I explained that I typically go 2-3 weeks between appointments and rarely experience breakage. If a nail does break or the polish peels off within a day or two, most techs gladly fix it. Given that my nails had broken within hours, I didn't think it was my fault. Despite this, Hana insisted that I go to a different salon to get them fixed. I was both surprised and disappointed by her reaction. As a mother of special needs children, getting my nails done is a rare way for me to unwind. I work hard and am willing to pay for quality service. Had Hana charged me for the repairs, I would have been fine with that, but her refusal to help and her attitude left me feeling dismissed. I left the salon to avoid further conflict, but this experience was unlike anything I've encountered before. I am kind and considerate, and I'm not sure why she chose to react this way. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I wanted to share my experience with others.
Hana is the absolute best, all the way around! She does my nails and feet flawlessly every visit! She is always attentive and she makes you feel like family! She takes her time but she is fast! My overlay is never too thick and my polish application is always on point! She has helped me pick out the perfect nail color when I showed her my outfit for an event. Always a great experience. It’s my go to spot hands down! Thank you for being you and for everything you do Mrs. Hana! ❤️ ~Paris
